Please check the cables are connected correctly between your TV and the faceplate on the wall.
Please reboot all your equipment:
- Unplug the GTU from the mains. You should see the DC light turn off
- Power off the Set Top Box and TV connected to the faceplate in the room
- Plug GTU back in and switch on
- Power on TV and Set Top Box
