159707: INCIDENT AFFECTING BROADBAND & VOICE SERVICES   Last updated:(07 Oct 2020 16:42hrs)
Status: Currently open.
Location: Radstock BA3.
We are currently experiencing a network incident in Radstock affecting data services. Engineers are currently investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible or within 2 hours.

Update (07 Oct 2020 19:07hrs)
Work to restore service was completed at 19:00 on 07/10/2020 with no impact seen after 16:20 07/10/2020. Customers should now find services to be working as expected. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable.

Any issues being experienced after this time should be treated as individual cases and reported in the usual manner.

Services have been up and working since 16:13 07/10/2020, though remain at risk. Our engineer is still on route to site with spare parts. Further update will be provided in 2 hours or as soon as possible.

If service drop please do not restart your equipment.

Engineers have been investigating the problem and found that cooling fans have failed, causing the equipment to over heat and reboot. An Engineer is on route to site to resolve the issue, further update will be provided in 2 hours or as soon as possible.
