Location: Lichfield, WS13.
There is emergency 3rd party maintenance taking place between the hours of 00:00 and 06:00 on 28/07/2021. Customers may experience an interruption to data services for up to 6 hours during this time.

Location: Shifnal - TF11.
We are currently experiencing a network incident in the Shifnal area causing intermittent service. Customers will experience this issue as momentary drops in their connection.

We are working with our 3rd party network provider to investigate the cause of this issue and are completing work this evening to attempt to alleviate the issue.
