118317: INCIDENT AFFECTING BROADBAND AND VOICE SERVICES   
Status: Closed.
Location: Canada Water (SE16).
We are currently experiencing a network incident in Canada Water affecting voice and data services. Engineers are currently investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible or within 2 hours.

Work to restore service was completed at 21:44 on 24/06/2019. Customers should now find services to be working as expected. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable.

Any issues being experienced after this time should be treated as individual cases and reported in the usual manner.

The new equipment has been installed and work is continuing to restore services. A further update will follow as soon as we have further information or within 2 hours.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the new equipment has been delayed. However, it is now due to arrive shortly and work will then begin to restore services.

The replacement equipment is expected to arrive very shortly. Work will then commence to swap the faulty equipment and restore services as quickly as possible.

Engineers have been investigating the problem and found that the issue has been caused by equipment failure at the site. We have a replacement on its way and an engineer is already at site preparing for its arrival.

We are continuing to work to resolve this issue and a further update will be provided in 2 hours.

117253: 3RD PARTY MAINTENANCE AFFECTING BROADBAND   
Status: Currently open.
Location: Hertford HER1 - SG14.
There is essential 3rd party maintenance taking place between the hours of 22:00 to 06:00 on monday 24/06/2019 Customers may experience an interruption to broadband services during this time.

Please do not reset your equipment during this period.
